  Staff was great mostly. Location was great because it was literally in front of the metro (and the metro is so easy to use because it only goes North and South). The pool is awesome too. The staff went out of their way to give me a room with a nice view after I requested it...put me on the 58th floor! The hotel is huge but never felt crowded. Included an entry way, sitting area, sleeping area, bathroom with a separate tub, a detached toilet roo - Staff and location! Right in front of it is the metro station. On S. Zayed Road full of life. A pharmacy, clinic, 24hrs market and many restaurants are just steps away. Rooms are of a good size.   I only stayed there a weekend with my baby and husband and entire time in the hotel as it was raining out. Loved the room, decor was modern, classy and clean. The bed was big enough for the three of us and very comfortable. The rainfall shower was great and the tub is very nice size. My favourite part is the Spice Restuarent. Abso - Great hotel, excellent service and amenities. Rooms were clean, spacious and it is a hotel I would visit again. The business centre staff were very efficient and everything was well laid out for the days events.

  Very clean room. Bed is the most comfortable bed I have tried at a hotel In room facilities and staff attitude are A+. Only 10 minutes away to/from DXB and to the essential shopping centres. There's a supermarket right behind the hotel. I got upgraded to the executive floor (5) which meant a larger room and access to the executive lounge. Close enough to metro and airport. Lovely pool area and breakfast restaurant has such an amazing variety of great food...it's making me hungry just thinking about it!! Will definitely recommend and stay here on my next trip thru Dubai.

  The Jumeirah always does it right, from the moment you arrive to the moment you leave, you feel very well taken care of. The hotel was beautiful, the beds fantastic, the access to their other hotel beaches and Wild Wadi is an added bonus. Breakfast was great and the hospitality is always wonderful at Jumeirah hotels. I wish they could all be like this. - The staff were amazing. The hotel is less then one year old and is spotless, although you get the impression that it will stay that way forever as the staff are constantly cleaning. The location is nearer Dubai old town with the many souks etc. It is part of the Jumeirah chain so you can use Jumeirah beach hotel, madinat, WIld Wadi etc for free.
