  wonderful hotel , reception staff amazing ,once they got to know that we are in honeymoon trip they arrange fruit and cake in the room and give us bigger room , best location for honeymoon , small private room in spring pool is perfect for couple , food is very nice and testy , the biggest spa I saw in UAE , we will book the same room every year s... wat mensen zeggen » ame time - 1.The atmosphere in the hotel was pleasant, especially I would like to say special appreciation and Well Done to Alam and Marissa for their outstanding service in restaurant.Really They are Professionals.I will recommend this hotels to my friends.2.What at an amazing Springs they have, enjoyed a lot.   - Hartelijkheid van het personeel - Mogelijkheden tot ontbijt/lunch en diner - Mooie, comfortabele kamer - Friendly staff specially the reception team, the assistant manager (Nader) was responding personally to all guests requests. Also all observations were addressed in exceptionally quick way compared to other even 5 stars hotels. I also like... wat mensen zeggen » d the access granted to the Beach resort. Overall I am quite satisfied for getting value for my money. - Thae hotel is very well managed with polite and attentive staff. Rooms are very clean and well maintained. Facilities are good , food is good but not high quality. Room rates are very good . Overall a very nice hotel to stay in. Top marks go to the reception staff, who always make an effort to offer a warn welcome , :)
