  The staff are so friendly and they helped me what ever I was expecting. - Good breakfast, convenient next to train station and 10 minute walk to one of the not so crowded beaches ( otrada), also nice that we got free entrance to itaka beach/night club.

  The apartment is amazing with it's huge whirlpool for two and the bed up the stairs. Very friendly staff who introduces you to the appartment and gives you the keys. Also the location is great in the heart of the Old Town and at the promenade. - Location is simply great and facilities in these apartments are fantastic.   Hotel for you is an amazing place to stay with its location and most friendly stuff. It was not 5 star hotel ,but most helpful and positive people working there make your stay like a family visit. The lovely couple of the owners – Tamara and Igor – and the staff will make you feel like home with warm care and delicious, richly diversified home- made breakfast, and help you in any way possible.   It was my not first visit to Odessa, but first stay in Lotos Apartments. Everything was excellent, including staff. Had all facilities working. I liked the idea "breakfast to room" very much. It was so comfortable to have it on your room. Breakfast is not so rich but also not poor. We had different meals on two days of our stay, which was very wel... wat mensen zeggen » comed for us. The location of apartment is not hard to find as some people reviewed, but for the first time visitors, it could be hard. Suggested to a - It had a very good feeling about the place and was in a very good setting for travelling around Odessa. It was very clean and well set out and the bathroom was good. The service was excellent and it was very clean and the cost was very reasonable. We are already planning to go to the same place again on the basis of our positive experiences.

  The staff in the hotel were very welcoming and helpful. The facilities within the hotel were 1st class. The pool area was lovely and spacious. I used the gym which was well equipped. Don't be put off if you don't know any Russian I got by for 5 days with little or no understanding of the language. - excellent staff, high quality medical assistance, excellent cuisine; no queuing, no waiting in SPA and pool; although the hotel was booked full it was very quiet.

  I enjoyed my stay and found it easy to get on with the staff who on the whole were very helpful.My Russian language is shocking but the staff helped with my needs - Really nice and supportive stuff. Nice view from the window (I had a room in the 10th floor and saw all the city and as well the see).

  I thought that Vera ( the receptionist) was really terrific - she was so very, very helpful, English was fluent, and she helped me out in so many ways. She is the reason i would stay again!!!! Hotel staff were lovely, very pleasant and willing to assist.The staff couldn't have been friendlier offering us maps and information when we arrived and offering to keep our bags in storage as we left without us having to ask.
