  The Staff were extremely helpful. They did their best in fulfiling my requests for speciifc tours etc. Very friendly outlook, always serving with a smile. The Hotel itself is very centrally located, short walk or taxi ride to most things. Very clean Hotel. Rooms were adequately furnished and offered all basic modcoms. - Great service from being p... wat mensen zeggen » icked up at the airport to being helped with our bags by the porter, to the kind and friendly receptionist. Good English speaking receptionists as well which was good for us. I don't think we could have got anywhere more central. Just perfect. Thankyou.

  The staff were excellent, the furnishings were new and in good condition and the proximity to the beach and was great. Lots of convenient stores in walking distance including one right across the street. Over all a great value for the money and a good stay, I would definitely use this hotel again, no question! - Fantastic hotel with excellent ser... wat mensen zeggen » vice. Would definitely recommend. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was modern and clean. Location was a 10-15 minute walk to Arkadia. Breakfast was average, but was included in the very reasonable price.

  Great location (right in the centre of city and next to Opera and Ballet Theatre - a must to visit). Very nice rooms. Great price. Love the breakfast - not a buffet - have to order from menu (better this way because you have time to really enjoy breakfast in a very nice restaurant with a park view - there is a small park right behind the hotel). -... wat mensen zeggen » I didn't have breakfast so I cannot comment on that. Room was spotless and very nice. The best location and staff very nice. Many tv channels and minibar. Great bathroom too, with design bath etc. Bed was superb. Super place!!

  Well, the standards in Ukraine somewhat different from those in Europe or us. This hotel is excellent budget hotel in Odessa. If you don't mind about the size of the room, it is, probably, the best value for the money. I had a room with a window and the weather was calm. I can say nothing about the rooms without a window. My particular thanks are ... wat mensen zeggen » due to the staff of the restaurant. - After all rumours about 'prostitute hotel' with rooms 'for 2 hours', I was expecting worse. But it was quite clean, quiet, personal bathroom, fridge and a very low-cost comparing to other center-situated hotels, with their mind-blowing Monaco-style prices.
