  Staff were super friendly, spoke perfect english and nothing was a problem for them to do. They even got us tickets to a soccer match at no cost. Happy to stay there again. Upper floors have better bathroom facilities. - The hotel was very clean and everything was first class.   We arrived after an overnight train journey and were allowed to check in at 7am in the morning - bliss. Fabulous room with lots of space, great shower and a view over the town square. Great breakfast sitting out on the veranda and a good location at the centre of Lviv. We had to get up at 6am to get the train to Ivano Frankivsk and were given... wat mensen zeggen » a picnic box to take as we left before breakfast was ready. Booked our train tickets through the hotel - very patient and helpful service. - Very close to center of the city. A bit "grandeur" of the past Very friendly staff: they even offered us a breakfast-package when we left at 5 o' clock AM.
