The best value for the price.
Very clean, quite new furnished. The price is close to standard hostel one, but what makes difference - there's no need to share space with other people.
There is a mall nearby (King Cross).

Friendly personnel. Hotel is situated in Bus station building not far from the ringroad, so it is convenient for car or bus travellers.
It was a bit noisy because of the busses departing every 10 minutes. But anyway, noise stops by the evening when tourists come back from the city center. Another pain is location, as the hotel is on the outskirts of the city, and we had to add another 30 minutes to get there by public transportation.

There is no possibility to open windows and room was not fresh.
