Modern building. Note that the address is No. 4 "b", not 48.
Our double en suite room was huge. Only 1 staff member spoke a little
English yet everything worked out with a smile. Staff carried large
suitcase up stairs, also did laundry for us at less than 2 euros per
large bag. Nicely equipped kitchen had free tea bags and sugar. Not a
social type of hostel. About 1 km walk to the centre, lots of stores and
restaurants nearby. Frequent 2 uah (25 cents!) buses can be stopped

Price is very low.
Note that doors to hostel is located in the middle of wall between buildings No. 18 and No. 4 when you are walking. The car entrance is between No. 4 and 2.
Very good room (double) for its price/quality.
Staff, free parking.
Not the best location if you're going to party it up in the Old
Town. Many hostels right in the centre.
It was hard to find hostel in the evening.
It was cold in the room and no possibility to tune the heater.
A bit far from center - approx. 2 km away from Opera, 4-5 km away from railway station. Low ceiling in 1/3 of room (double) and thin walls are only drawbacks as to room.
