  I like the location and the view from the 12th floor. I like the friendliness of the Receptionists like Mrs. Ilona was so helpful, efficient and courteous. So was the staff in the restaurant on the 2nd. floor. Nice life piano for breakfast and dinner. - The staff were very friendly, polite and helpful. They all spoke English.   This was my first time in Kiev and I was looking for a small apartment to avoid the extortionate hotel charges in the city. KIevinn is certainly the answer. It is 5 minutes walk from the main Independence Square. Prior to arrival I arranged a pick up from the airport which was still waiting even though the flight was over an hour late. The buildin... wat mensen zeggen » g as 24x7 reception so you feel safe and the apartment itself was very clean and modern including a jaquzzi bath. Both the night time and day time sta - Like most reviews, great location for access to the city, there are also many hotel choices in the immediate vicinity, so I know I have many choices on my next visit, although I will probably stay in this hotel again, I had a 7 day stay in a suite with sauna,i never used the sauna, so will not go for such a room again, as the city is very active with many things to do, plenty of great restaurants in the area to, try the black pig at the top on the street, great food.
