Very friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable and eye catching design of rooms and hotel itself. Price equal to the quality of hotel. The staff were so nice to us- the nicest people we met in Kiev! The hotel was lovely as well and not too expensive. Staff are very friendly and treats guests like family, very fast room service, room decoration is excellent. The rooms are very nice.
