  Excellent ontbijt! Zeer mooie kamers, zeer schoon en netjes. Bijzonder vriendelijk. Centrum van York is zeer snel te bereiken met een taxi voor een redelijke prijs. Bushalte is ook een goede optie. Niet gelopen, dus niet kunnen controleren of het inderdaad maar 20 minuutjes lopen is. Op het 1e gezicht lijkt dat wel wat te kort.. - Hartelijke ontvan... wat mensen zeggen » gst en alles is werkelijk gedacht. Erg smaakvol ingericht. Wandeling naar het centrum (langs de rivier) is goed te doen

  I informed the owners of my arrival time which was after their cut off, but they were there to greet us with a map of the city and some extra local tips.(other reviews suggest being left stranded by the owners, I would suggest these people didn't inform them of late arrival!) The room was spacious, and the bathroom spotless and highly functional ... wat mensen zeggen » (other reviews report tiny showers but I am a big lady and had NO problems at all! The beds were very comfortable, there was plenty of lighting, a TV, - The friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Nothing was too much trouble. The breakfasts were amazing especially the scrambled egg! It was great to be able to leave the car parked for our stay and walk to everything. We also found the information folder very useful. Loved all the photos of York around the place and Zoe was really helpful with advice on where to go and places to see. We also loved the smell of the bread baking for breakfast which we woke up to each morning. My wife and I both enjoyed

  Vriendelijk en servicegericht personeel. Eenvoudige kamer, badkamer niet groot, maar schoon en alles functioneerde. Prettig dat je thee of koffie kunt zetten op kamer. Goede ligging t.o.v. centrum. Prima ontbijt. Wat wil je nog meer als je het grootste deel van de dag op stap bent!? - Staff were very helpful and polite. Room was immaculate and very... wat mensen zeggen » comfortable. Also parking on site was a great bonus. Only 10 minute, nice walk into the centre. - The guest house was lovely and clean and the room was the same we were really pleased with it and will definately stay there next time we come to York.
