  Brendan Chase is conveniently placed and just a half-hour walk to Lake Windermere. David, the owner who greeted us, was extremely helpful when we first arrived drawing a map for us and pointing out places of local interest and some picturesque walks we might have missed otherwise. The WC and showers are not en-suite, because this is an older build... wat mensen zeggen » ing it is not really feasible to have these facilities in the room, but they are conveniently placed and proved to be no problem.
