Staff exceptionally friendly, called ahead before we arrived and we were allowed to check in early, which was a welcome relief. Rooms were exceptionally clean, airy and modern. Well designed and functional. Bathrooms were very clean. Hospitality tray was very well stocked. Breakfast was excellent and catered very well for all tastes and a two year old. Everything. The Beach House is located in a nice part of Weymouth, next to the beach, in a walking distance to the centre and the bus/railway stations. The two ladies owning the House, Joy and Laura, are very nice and friendly. Although I arrived earlier than announced, I could immediately check in, which I much appreciated.

Very pleasant stay here, the food is excellent, although the menu was set you could have it anyway you wanted so very helpful and the staff are all very friendly. The room was clean and tidy with everything you need. Fantastic location too. Everything is so well run and the owners are really lovely and helpful. -

recommendation. Sue and Graham are friendly and make you feel very
welcome. The room was lovely, with a shower room, a tv, a kettle with

Stayed 3 nights and although in a residential area it was quiet every night.
Good breakfast and extra's e.g. cereals, yoghurts, fruit and offered as much toast as we wanted.
The owner was lovely and had a good balance of being helpful, without being overpowering.

The best thing about Philbeach Hotel was it felt like being at home. The deocr was not dated it was very modern without it being stuffy which is a big bonus when staying at a hotel, you want to feel comfortable and able to relax it did just that. The breakfast is made on request and was very nice, i had two young children with me and they were both accomodated for which is rare. Very satisfied cusomer.

The landlords were very friendly and helpful. Parking was good, especially considering the tight squeeze in Weymouth. The breakfasts were well cooked and varied, while the room was warm and comfortable. The location was quite good for both walking and driving.
