  The staff could not have been any more helpful, we had a fantastic stay. We were at a wedding in another hotel so needed an early check-in, after phoning and speaking to a very helpful lady our room was ready for 12 noon as promised. The food and service was excellent - Able to control room temperature easily and quickly. Friendly staff.

LovelySunday ky The 4 poster bed and sharer jacuzzi bath were nice touches/ Plenty of room in the living area, nice sofa etc. - A clean, comfortable and friendly hotel. Very good value and a great location in Ossett. I would definitely recommend it.
