  We were upset to find we had booked through Booking .com as the hotel do deals, and they had trouble findind our booking, it would have been cheaper booking direct, The only complaint was the bed was uncomfortable,water proof covers over the pillows. I will not be booking through letsbookhotel.com again, although we got Sea Trout up on the web, yo... wat mensen zeggen » ur site took over the site - This is a fabulous little place. We stayed here while on business and both the accomodation and food were brilliant. The staff were welcoming and extremely helpful and I am looking forward to staying there again when I am back in the area. I could not fault this little gem of a place.

  Everything! The staff were so very friendly and helpful. They upgraded our room to a lovely one that overlooked the river. Thank you. The food was superb.It was served quickly and with very generous portions. Looking out on the river over breakfast was a feast in itself, with all the different birds and animals to see.   As frequent visitors to Totnes we have always stayed on a caravan site, but we decided to stay in an hotel. We knew the Seven Stars having had lunches and drinks there over the years. The booking was easy and the receptionist was lovely & very helpful. Our room was very comfortable, the shower was lovely and hot, not always the case! W... wat mensen zeggen » e ate in the bar on our first evening & the staff were very helpful as I have to have a gluten free diet. The fish pie & the curry were deli - Everything! All staff bent over backwards to make us welcome and were endlessly patient when I lost my glasses. They turned the place upside down and I was terribly grateful even though I was not lucky enough to recover them. The Seven Stars is a wonderful venue and we had a marvellous weekend in the midst of such a warm and friendly group of people, both other residents and staff alike. Very well done to all staff and management.

  Stunning place to stay with cosy and beautiful room with cottage feel. Close to Totnes and for boat and train trips on the river and coast. Totnes is a fantastic and original place. Paignton, Dawlish and Dartmouth are all great places to visit. Castles nearby and really beautiful countryside. - It could only be described as 'cosy'.   We found our whole experience of Cott Inn very comfortable, homely and friendly. The atmosphere of the building was fascinating, being hundreds of years old.
