  Ability to book up easily and be looked after efficiently. We only stayed one night after a wedding reception near by and were able to access town easily leaving car safely. We have been once in a group before on a Christmas do and were pleased our stay was as satisfying. thankyou for a good nights rest and excellent breakfast.x - Lovely friendly... wat mensen zeggen » helpful staff. Location ideal for bars and takeaways and for wandering round the shops. Accommodation was very clean and well presented with little extra touches. Food was fantastic with provisions made for vegetarian and food allergies. Would highly recommend it.

  The staff at the hotel were lovely and couldn't do more for us! The room was a lot better then me and my boyfriend expected, we are only 18 and can sometimes can be treated differently to 'adults' but as I say the staff were lovely! We were in the function room on the night and there was one boy on his own behind the bar and he did a great job and... wat mensen zeggen » was also really lovely and chatty to me and my family! Would like to give a special thank you to the lady, with short dark hair who I think us the ow - The staff were friendly and approachable. The full English breakfast was excellent. The room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The location in a town centre was a bit off putting, but even on a Saturday night, I didn't hear any noise during the night from my room. I will definetly be staying here again in the future.

  From when I first turned up to when I left, all of the staff were welcoming and friendly. There was a choice of bars to suit the type of company (quiet or lively) and I felt relaxed and comfortable during my stay. - Pretty much all that we saw.   The staff are very helpful and friendly. They are able to give you menus for takeaways and give you plates etc for them. The location is ideal for Drayton Manor and the Snowdome also for the shops and a short walk to Tamworth its self. Hotel and room very clean. Breakfast was very good, plenty to choose from, all fresh. Hotel in perfect location, close to town, sport centre, retail park, soft play and bowling centre. Close to Drayton Manor too. We stayed 2 nights, and will definitely stay here again. In general very happy with stay.

  We stayed in the annex which was a gorgeous building and the room was more like a suite, with sofa reclining chair and massive bed. Well recommended - Very good value for money - our 'budget' room was a suite!!! Staff very friendly and helpful. Just disappointed Vodka Bar wasn't open :(

  Brilliant hotel for families, we struggle to find a room to accommodate our large family but the adjoining room was perfect for us. Room was spotless and very modern. Reception were very helpful and the maid arrived promptly when our son was ill over the bed. Breakfast was lovely, full English, fruit, cereal, cheese, yogurts, croissants, toast and... wat mensen zeggen » preserves. A stones throw from the park and I would recommend returning for a second day if you don't manage to get everything done the first day - y - I stayed at Drayton manor hotel with my son for his 6th birthday and we really enjoyed our visit , the young girl behind the desk was lovely , very well spoken and explained everything we needed to know about our stay , everyone we encountered on our stay were very pleasent too . Breakfast was great with loads of food available . Only thing I'll mention is a bit more milk in the room for a few cups of tea throughout the stay would of been nice , but other than that I will be returning to your h

  hotel was nice and clean.i liked the fact that the family room was on the ground floor which was a huge help esp. with the children and the push chair. loved the fact that they had a restaurant as part of the hotel in a separate building serving great food at great prices. staff esp. one in particular - sorry didn't take his name but a real asset ... wat mensen zeggen » to your work force and a real gentleman. overall a nice hotel. - The staff were amazingly helpful as we were travelling with young children we had a few issues to get through but we were made to feel welcome from the first minute. The rooms were clean and well maintained, beds were comfortable and room temperature bathrooms etc very clean.They made every effort to make us comfortable and this went a long way to making our trip to the nearby theme park more enjoyable.

  We stayed at the premier inn tamworth to be close to drayton manor. It's so so close it took 5 mins in the car. The hotel was lovely, staff greeted us when we arrived which was about 11pm at night and they were really pleasant and helpful. Rooms were comfy and bathroom had lovely bath and a shower. We had breakfast which was an all you can eat and... wat mensen zeggen » it was really nice.. Served to you hot... No cold baked beans for us! Really cannot fault anything about this place. I would highly recommend it and - The lady who greeted us at reception had a trainee receptionist with her and was very supportive with the trainee but also extremely welcoming with us. She spoke with our 2 children with warmth and interest and then found out it was our youngest child's birthday the following day. The next morning a birthday card was put under our door from the staff and at breakfast staff at the beefeater brought 2 balloons over to our boys! It was a really nice touch and we very much appreciated it. Thank you

  Informal atmosphere, warm welcome. Very friendly staff - nothing too much trouble. Excellent rooms, good size and beautifully decorated. Excellent shower in bathroom. Breakfast was an 'occasion' - wide choice, plentiful and main dish freshly cooked to order, served on Port Meirion crockery. The ladies doing the breakfast and cleaning were great - seems to me they had a lot to do as the place is full most of the time. Great situation near Litchfield in the country and also very near the great new shopping facilities at Tamworth

  Me and my mum were staying at the tamworth arms with my 3year old twin boys as we were taking them to thomas land in drayton manor theme park, the location was brilliant as the theme park was only 3 mile up the road. When booking the room I assumed it was going to be in the tamworth arms building but when we got there it turned out where we were s... wat mensen zeggen » taying was like a bedsit in a seperate building joined on to the back of the pub which we all thought was great as that way we did not have to walk in - Everything - it is a PROPER pub which serves basic pub grub. The food was excellent as were the staff. The room was a cottage-like room in the car park - cosy and adequate. This is a budget venue which is ideal for visiting local attractions, notably the National Memorial Arboretum. If you like staying in pubs, this is a good one.
