  A big plus for me personally was no radiators,instead large air conditioner that meant you chose your temperature not the hotel. Another big plus very quiet room very well double glazed slept till 9 even though on busy road. Also very clean and comfortable. - This was my second stay this year and was as good as last .   I stayed in a single and double room on 2 separate occasions which were both fantastic. I appreciated the extra touches in the rooms (generous coffee, tea, biscuits, good LAN connection). Beautiful bathrooms, tasty and generous breakfast. Best thing of all - the price was reasonable. Although the bus stop to Hammersmith Bus Station is right outsid... wat mensen zeggen » e the Hotel and Osterley Tube Station about 10 mins walk away and it takes quite a while to get to and from the Hotel, I'm sure this is what makes it - Good location for Heathrow and early morning flight. Although there weren't a lot of parking spaces we found a space immediately so didn't have to worry about driving off to find one. Good soundproofing as it was on the flightpath of arrivals. Very comfortable. We needed a comfortable hotel near to Heathrow to spend our last night with our youngest Daughter who was travelling to the USA to go to university this Hotel ticked all the boxes.

The manager was very friendly and accommodating.
