Every member of staff from reception to restaurant were attentive, polite and helpful.   LOVE THIS HOTEL! Very new, clean, and well appointed. I HIGHLY recommend suite 12--great views, wonderful kitchenette, plus helpful instructions on use of TV and Wifi access.   Pembroke Guest House is the best B&B that I have ever stayed for any vacation!! The house is 10 minutes bus ride to Oxford center and the bus stop is just outside the house, so it was so convenient. I love it, not just the place is so nice and clean, also Clare is a super NICE host! The house is about a 3 mile walk (along the Thames) into Oxford, which was delightful in the spring sunshine, while watching various boat races.
