This hotel was fantastic - only just opened (July 2008) so available even though I made a last minute booking, and I'm so glad it was! The rooms were well furnished and spotlessly clean. The bed was the largest king-size I've ever seen and the room had plasma TV, DVD player and freeview. Positioned perfectly between the north and south beaches, the view was amazing across the sea and castle!. alle beoordelingen »
This was a beautiful room, very fresh, clean and with a really goodpowerful shower. An excellent seaview from a full baywindow, bob andchristine where really helpful and the bed was comfy as anything, excellent facilities and only a ten minute walk to the main town. Willdefinately be going back!!. Quality of the facilities was first class.Room was of a high standard, decorated immaculately with lots of attention to detail. Freedom to come and go as we pleased, no ties, home from home atmosphere, very relaxed. Excellent sea views. Our room had state of the art facilities including flatscreen digital tv, DVD, new bathroom, armchairs...The owners are very helpful and friendly, excellent value for money. The hotel was very clean and fresh. The room was the nicest, cleanest and best value family room we have ever selected. It is all it says in the reveiws and more. The extra large bed in our room, the cleanliness and the view from the window was to die for. Thank you. very good very clean and made welcome so enjoyed the break thanks alot. The size and cleanliness, all the modern features.rooms were first class will use this hotel again. Welcoming, comfortable excellent in every way..Very comfortable, clean and quiet. Comfort of the rooms. Carpets so thick you could sleep on them.Rooms large, warm and modern.Beds large and comfortable including the childrens.Free tea/coffee topped up everyday and beds made up with plenty of pillows.Large flat screen TV/DVD an added bonus.Bathroom very modern and perfect size with a shower cubicle that had a power shower and seat that could hold the heaviest of people....bliss! Spot on and spotless!. Friendly owners, nice clean rooms and great view!. All the points above was to a high standard. very clean. Hotel was new so everything was pristine. Clearly the owners had spentquite a lot of money on the place and had created a really good place touse as a base during our stay. An early check-in facility was veryuseful and the faciulity to leave some bags after check-out meant thatwe could enjoy our last day without lugging baggage around. The ownerwas very friendly and welcoming. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean. It had a huge king--size bed and crisp, white linen bedding, with big, white fluffy towels in the bathroom. The plasma screen TV and DVD player were appreciated. Lovely view over the North Bay.Could do with a sign on its front!. When the only thing you can fault is the modern kettle that due to these rooms being so very quiet, sounded loud then you know this is a very nice place to have as a base to visit Scarborough from.Website gives the impression that all rooms have sea views, which they do not. It was difficult to find in the dark. The house number was hard to see and there was no name above the door.
