  The Hotel reception area was a bit tired looking but the member of staff who dealt with me upon checking in was very pleasant and showed me the room we would be staying in. I think we hit the jackpot because it was lovely and clean,bright and spacious and had a wet room and Wide screened TV. Parking was right next to the room (annex to hotel)The b... wat mensen zeggen » reakfast was good. choice was limited but there was plenty of it and it was hot. The Indian Restaurant inside the Hotel was very nice and the food was - The room was perfect although was not properly vacuumed other than this excellent value and staff were very helpful. The room was decorated well, the bed was comfortable and the room spacious. The ensuite was really good with lots of space i would have mo hesitation in recommending it to others and intend to use it next Christmas rather than booking early and getting accommodation in Bath itself

  The highlight of this hotel has to be the breakfast - it is easily the best I've ever had, and if i were to return to Bath, I have no doubt I'd stay at this hotel again. The staff were very polite and welcoming, and the room was absolutely spotless. Although we booked a standard double room, we were lucky enough to be upgraded to the family cottag... wat mensen zeggen » e - which given the chance, I'd love to buy - as it was perfect! The bed was enormous and comfortable... and I'm going to try and track down what duv - What a fabulous place to stay with a family! We had a 2 room suite-kids on the fold out couch and us in a huge king size bed. Plenty for kids to do, play ground fabulous, and lots of new things planned for the future at Brittons so we'll be back. Very luxurious, beautifully designed and warm under floor heating ( and it was COLD outside)! Hosts were great, super friendly and made us feel very welcome! The in-room breakfasts were fantastic, kids loved there coco pops! Oh and loved the Portugese

  Although the weather was wet and damp we were not inconvenienced. We, my daughter and granddaughter, had a great three days visiting Bath City, by bus, where we enjoyed the shopping, the Roman Baths and the Thermae Spa. We also visited, by car, the caves at Cheddar Gorge where again, the rain did not spoil our trip.We also walked up Jacob's Ladde... wat mensen zeggen » r. It was a pleasure to know we had our very comfortable accommodation to return to and a great Menu to choose from, at reasonable prices and always - Canal side location, adjoining pub and restaurant, cycle path, quietness, helpful smiling staff, kids playground, duck waddling about right outside the door. Not noisy in the evenings despite pub outdoor seating right outside (and we stayed a Friday and Saturday night)
