Wat mensen zeggen
Location was excellent - right by the M25 but by an old water mill and very scenic. Rooms were a very good size and the beds were as good as home. Also liked little details like the shower curtain on a curve to make it seem more spacious. This was our first premier inn break and we would definitely use them again.
We all thought the hotel was in a lovely location with the Watermill next door and although right next to the motorway this could not be heard in our room.
The staff were very friendly and the room was very clean with all the facilities required for a pleasant stay.alle beoordelingen »
Fantastic location, old water mill, seating by the river. Ideal for families as well as for business. Very quiet both inside (except for a squeaky door) and outside the hotel. The room was lovely, good facilities including a huge comfy sofa.
friendly welcome & customer service was excellent. the location was so pretty. The beefeater restaurant on site was excellent. Had the premier breakfast, was excellent value for money.
The location was fantastic, food was very very good, hot tasty exactly what you want and accommodation was really good just what you needed for a long weekend, thank you Brickett Wood.
The staff on hand for helping with general getting around the area and helping with local information. Friendly and polite.
The Hotel was close to St. Albans and Harpenden which we wanted to visit. Also close to Heathrow and Gatwick Airports.
All excellent, good service, good restaurant,
Excellent room with all you need.
Good old world pub / restaurant.
Fantastic location, character buildings and good pub in lovely setting. Good breakfast with kids eating free.
The staff on reception were welcoming, the room clean. Breakfast adequate and staff pleasant and helpful.
the location was perfect for us
staff very friendly and helpful
food in beefeater was really good.
Lovely location close to Harry Potter Studio Tour. Excellent staff. Good restaurant next door.
location good (once we'd found it) - friendly staff. clean comfortable room, not too expensive.
The staff were very helpfull and friendly. The breakfast was amazing and the Hotel was superb.
Straightforward check-in, welcoming staff, good facilities, well maintained throughout.
Staff service - training courses obviously working.
Quiet, despite nearby motorway.
Location - friendly staff - surroundings-good beefeater-ideal stopover-cleanliness.
Close to my office location. Beautiful river/pondside location with wildfowl.
friendly staff, good food , clean rooms,
it was a very nice place to stay.
The hotel was lovely, the staff were lovely and the setting was idyllic.
Clean, comfortable, quiet - despite being by the m25. Easy to get to.
Clean, comfortable and reasonably priced.Pleasant welcome from staff.
very easy access from motorways and good train links to London.
pleasant setting, good sized rooms comfort and friendly staff.
The staff were very helpful and accommodating to our needs.
The setting was very nice with the trout stream and gardens.
Quiet - despite being close to the M25 motorway.
friendliness helpfullness comfort of rooms.
Great location- beautiful restaurant site.
The staff were friendly and helpful.
Very helpfull staff and good value!.
Location to where I was working.
24 hour opening, Helpful staff.
Reay comfortable and quiet.
The staff were excellent.
All Ok staff very good.
We were all together.
Location
Quietness.
Staff were great.
being close to our daughter who lives in frogmore.
The staff is friendly, clean rooms, but feel some sort of reduction for regular visitors.
Good location for us. Pretty outside with the water mill and duck pond. Nice looking buildings. Beds nice.
All of it was ok but most Premier Inns by their nature are very basic with minimum comfort.
Beds were comfortable - slept well.
Bed, and the breakfast was good.
There was nothing we didn't like.
Squeaky door to room and 1 in hallway.
Prices of food and drink.
the bed was too low.
The on-site beefeater was idyllic, but the inside was a little tired looking and it did not feel clean eating there. The cups for coffee were heavily stained inside, so passed on that, although staff were nice. I would like to see Premier inns invest in some decent air-conditioning, no air flow at all in their buildings.
Like all Premier inns, they charge extra for wi-fi which should be included in the room rate. Most B&B's provide it free so why not a large hotel chain????.
Nothing to dislike.
No air-conditioning in room.
Fan was provided but was no match for a heatwave!.
the Beefeater really needs some tlc, it is very tired looking inside.
didn't see the road (next to motorway bridge) the first time we passed it! Photocopy of map to Studio Trip was illegible - but thanks anyway!.
Prices in attached pub
Slightly musty air in room.
No aircon to cool room down.
nothing.
Premier Inns tend to be a little overpriced. wi-fi (£3) and Breakfast (£8) on top of the bill is not ideal.
no pool/jacuzzi.
we liked it all.
The premier Inn website. The website said there were no rooms
available on the dates I wanted. letsbookhotel.com said there were. So I
booked via them. When I arrived, the Premier staff also said there was
plenty of room.
Tricky to find. Lovely setting marred by the M25 almost overhead, but no traffic noise in our room.
Only one towl in the bathroom for a family of 3. The shower was more like a leaky tap than a waterfall. The bed had seen better says.
You couldn't complete your delivery of a good night as advertised because we couldn't get breakfast for all four of us,so we had to leave without eating for a long journey home. Not really ideal as you should know how many to cater for by your bookings.
Very noisy bathroom extractor, which ran on for a long time after the light was turned off.
The food at the Beefeater- absolutely dreadful- took me back to 1970s-
wake up and move with the times- does it all have to be frozen food and
deep fried- how about local and fresh?.
Not towels or flannels for children.
We had a power cut during the strong winds, so place was in darkness and no breakfast, I think they need a generater backup.
SatNav took us to the wrong spot on road in which hotel was situated, it was about half a mile further on on the left side, not the right side.
That was not the Hotels fault.
As usual, bar area very busy and only one person serving. Had to wait at least 15 minutes to buy a round of drinks. Not the first time I and my friends have mentioned this!!.
The room smelt of mold.
Price for Breakfast.
Breakfast bland and eggs undercooked. Suffered from food poisoning later that day and following day.
Location is only easily acceptable by car, its actually a miles walk
(along a muddy path right next to a busy road) from brisket wood.
the storm which knocked out all the electricity. We were unable to shower, shave, wash, make a cup of tea as the bathroom was dark unable to apply makeup. Not a good night/morning sleep as guaranteed.
Room had a bit of a smell, although everything was clean. Rooms looking a bit bare, was functional. Person upstairs stomping about all hours very noisy and disturbed my husbands sleep many times.
Meal in beefeater next door very mediocre.
Room was cold often and had a daft mechanism to close the window which actually can trap your fingers.
Both rooms were cold - quite spacious rooms but with one small heater on wall at far end which took a long time to warm rooms. Slight damp smell also.
No a c I rooms, rude staff in the restaurant at breakfast. Booking done re no of people staying via letsbookhotel.com was not sent to the hotel correctly. Rip off taxi firm which was arranged for me by the hotel.
