  Our concern that the Hotel may be too close to the Motorway was quickly dispelled as we ventured into the Worcestershire countryside. With plenty of free parking available and a most pleasant and helpful Receptionist, our initial impressions were very favourable. I liked the selection of fresh fruit instead of usual boring biscuists.there was a good room service menu which I did not use but when I went to the bar they were very helpful about making me a meal. tho technically closed. Rooms are of a good size and being redecorated at this time. Food is excellent all you can eat for breakfast. The bar gets lively most nights with entertainment good selection of real ales. The food was first class and breakfast was cooked to order. The Hotel is in the centre of Malvern, has a friendly bar a snug and a very comfortable lounge. Car parking is limited but first come first served. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
