Staff were friendly and approachable and provided good service. Breakfast was lovely and cooked to order. I had a very comfortable bed with lovely pillows which meant I slept really well. The from was a good size and clean with a well stocked complimentary basket, made a nice change to have plenty of milk and tea bags.

The reception staff were very pleasant and welcoming. Service in Carrie's Bar was very good too as was my meal. The staff were great and excellent customer service. Room was also nice, and both room and bathroom were really clean, we had a normal double room and it was big with good quality matching furniture.
Spa downstairs was nice to have but very basic , i have stayed at hotels with nicer ones but we enjoyed it never the less.

The whole experience was very good, we used your Hotel as a stop halfway to Cornwall for a weeks holiday and liked it so much that we decided to stop with you on our return. - The hotel was really quiet when we stayed, we even had the leisure centre/gym to ourselves! Fantastic. The staff are friendly and cheerful.
