  The reception staff were very pleasant and welcoming. Service in Carrie's Bar was very good too as was my meal. I had very prompt attention to "fix" the television in my room. - Very comfortable with nice public areas. Rooms big and warm with good bathrooms. Staff attentive and efficient. Couldn't fault it.

  It was a great place to go to after spending the day in Salisbury. We weren't sure about food options and unfortunately ate prior to getting there. Rollestone Manor has a great restaurant on site. If you don't eat there, you are better off finding something in Salisbury. We had twins on the ground floor which were very comfortable. The stairs for ... wat mensen zeggen » the upper floor are quite steep, but our friends had no complaints. The atmosphere is one of a country manor. We wished we had more time to just relax - After a few City hotels this was a breath of fresh air and gave us the relaxing vacation we needed. The rooms were very large, the beds so comfortable, hard to wake up for the delicious breakfast that was included. Dinner options available and certainly worth reserving the food was amazing. Can't decide on deserts, well go for their mini desert option - get to sample them all..... we were made to feel at home by the owners and the staff were super and so helpful. We loved it.   Spa was lovely and treatments were very good The shower in the room was the best I have ever been in. Nice breakfast. Very nice spacious rooms. - I loved the fact that there were cherries and prosecco waiting for us as it was our wedding night! The staff were very friendly!

  The whole experience was very good, we used your Hotel as a stop halfway to Cornwall for a weeks holiday and liked it so much that we decided to stop with you on our return. - The hotel was really quiet when we stayed, we even had the leisure centre/gym to ourselves! Fantastic. The staff are friendly and cheerful.

  The atmosphere was very warm, friendly and very inviting. The setting was in such a nice place with the river/stream running through everything was just lovely. The room and en suite were spotlessly clean and there were ample supplies of tea, coffee etc. The staff were very friendly and attentive and keen to make us feel welcome. I had a very comfortable bed with lovely pillows which meant I slept really well. The from was a good size and clean with a well stocked complimentary basket, made a nice change to have plenty of milk and tea bags.
