  This place is an absolute gem. Very welcoming and friendly. The room was immaculately clean. Slept really well in a comfy bed. The ensuite and shower were spotlessly clean. Food was great, especially the breakfast which properly set me up for a long day. Highly recommended. - Great value for money & ideally placed for local attractions. Will... wat mensen zeggen » stay here again anytime I'm in the Newcastle area, beats the premier inns by half price & has a good atmosphere in the pub down below!

  Very good value for money, staff were very friendly and helpful even posted my belongings I left behind free for me. Very good location, easy to access main nightlife. Basic but clean everything you would need for a weekend away with your friends, and more than you would expect for the price that we paid. There are only four rooms and we had three... wat mensen zeggen » which made it feel like was our own flat! So no problems with noise or music. Bar downstairs, cheap drinks and entertainment at weekends. Couldn't as - The staff were friendly helpful and were happy with my last minute call saying we would be late booking in The room was tidy and bathroom was clean and tidy
