  We were given a great welcome by a delightful Spanish employee and as we were keen to see the Tour of Britain cycle race stage finish in Gateshead he allocated us a room with a view - we were very grateful.The dining room staff at breakfast set a high standard of service.   The location of the hotel was convenient to where I had to be the next day for a conference. I loved the site - by the river with wonderful views (especially at night), The hotel building was lovely - very attractive/welcoming exterior, wonderful interior design - very different and homely at the same time. My room on the 7th floor was wonderful - beautifully and thoughtfully furnishe - Every hotel has it's own personality but share a common set of standards and values... all very high. I like the wine list... Manchester had a special wine list which I would have liked to see in Newcastle. Young but not 'trendy'. The staff seem happy to be there!

  Grote kamer, goed ontbijt, schoon, eigentijds, mooie complete badkamer - stayed at the windsor hotel on valentines day and we had a fantastic four poster bed in our room . the bathroom was really nice and the staff were great . the private enclosed car park was a great bonus . breakfast was not your usual buffet , the staff took our order and serve... wat mensen zeggen » d up a really nice cooked breakfast . overall our stay was faltless - We were able to stay with our dog. The room and bathroom were exceptionally large and kept clean. The food was really good with a nice variety of dishes. I can't think of anything bad to say about our stay at the Windso Hotel.

  Having read previous reviews we were not disappointed by what we found when we arrived. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, a credit to the hotel! The place itself was clean bright relaxing and comfortable. Breakfast was good once we had mastered the toaster! The pool and spa area was great too, so you must check this out.   Goed ontbijt. Redelijk ruime kamer. Leek wat ver uit het centrum maar met een metrohalte vlakbij bleek dat geen probleem. - Excellent service. Well looked after at Breakfast which was also excellent - The hotel is in a lovely area of Newcastle - the bed was very comfortable and we had a beautiful view from the bay window.

  Everything!! The rooms are furnished to a very high standard and the bar and lounge are very comfortable. All the staff are professional, attentive and friendly. We experienced some difficulties with our booking but the managers could not have done more to rectify the situation.   I went to Whitley bay with a group of friends for a hen weekend . This hotel had everything to offer , the location is great and the staff were very friendly and could'nt do enough for us . The rooms were clean and spacious and had all you need , even a fridge ! there was a kettle and unlike the usual couple of sachets of coffee etc there was enou... wat mensen zeggen » gh coffee tea bags etc to last for days . This hotel is a bargain for the price which also includes a full english breakfast with toast and cereals an - The hotel was lovely, a nice old building with period features. The owners were lovely people who I felt would help with any request. The breakfast was lovely, homemade and lots of it. I cant really fault the hotel, basic yes, but also lovely
