At short notice, they helped us to find a local flower shop to get a bouquet of flowers for a 100 birthday. Our room was large and well equiped with comfortable bedding. we stayed in a kinda annex the room was called Southgate. It was really comfortable. There was a DVD called "Whatever happened to Dunwich" that was entertaining! The meal at night and breakfast was fabulous...and "Mine host" was helpful and friendly....Plenty of free parking and the beach 2 mins away...I'm sure we will stay again

Frendly efficient staff and everything is very clean. It's not the least stuffy and you feel at ease there. An encouraging price structure sympathetic to what for many people are hard pressed times. An alternative for me would have been to have made two 200mile car journeys in one day rather than one -

Very friendly staff who we re very helpful. Breakfast was very nice and the room was clean and nicely decorated. Excellent location, although if you have a room on the front it can sometimes be noisey due to traffic (boy racers and motorbikes!

Very convenient location for us, nice and quiet, unpretentious, extremely clean and comfortable room with plenty of space and large bed, immaculate shower/bath/WC room, very pleasant Beefeater next door again with unpretentious but tasty menu.
