  Zeer persoonlijke, vriendelijke en dienstverlenende benadering. Het hotel heeft een 'concierge' die je helpt met alle vragen, adviseert bij de keuze voor goede restaurants en bars en excursies, zelfs de menu's van diverse restaurants in de stad paraat heeft en desgevraagd voor je reserveert en de route wijst. Nog nooit zo'n goede service meegemaakt... wat mensen zeggen » . - Goed gelegen hotel met ouder en nieuw gedeelte. Wij kregen in dat nieuwe deel een prachtige kamer. Mogelijkheid tot (betaald) parkeren van auto in de kelder van hotel.

  Great place in the middle of the centrum. Despite this, it's rather quiet and away from all the comotion from the Grassmarket. For us the location was splendid, eventhough we had a car. For this we were set up with a free parking spot close by. Payment procedure might be a little confusing and slightly time-consuming, however worth the effort and... wat mensen zeggen » service. Place was designed very practically as well as cozy and modern. We missed nothing since the appartment is fully equipped. Cooking at home w - The self-contained apartment was beautifully appointed with luxury facilities and attention to detail with all basic provisions e.g. coffee, tea, milk croissants The location was great with walking distance to the museum,art galleries, transport restaurants and the castle. Set in a quiet, secluded close in the middle of Edinburgh this was a luxury retreat for us.

  I'm on gluten free diet - had no problems whatsoever. The chef even amended the Valentine's Day menu in the Grill Room. All the staff were exceptionally helpful. The rooftop hyropool was wonderful. - The upgrade to our room was very comfortable and appreciated. The staff were all very helpfull and friendly.

  Choosing accommodation in a city that you are unfamiliar with is always hard. We chose well as this hotel is brilliantly located in the "old " city right off the Royal Mile. Everything is within walking distance and the rooms are a great size with all amenities. This apartment hotel is reasonably priced and is brilliantly locate - Wow- fantastic hotel. We got it for a really good price through letsbookhotel.com and our stay was perfect. The staff were brilliant and so attentive allowing us to check in early and assigning us to a fab room. The room was spacious bright and colourful with lots of lovely added extras including free movies,mini bar drinks, robes and slippers.   The hotel building was very impressive, the staff were friendly and helpful, the room was superb and the food was excellent. Ideally placed for us, as we were attending the March & Rally for Scottish Independence on Calton Hill that weekend. We only stayed two nights and didn't have time to use the spa/pool but it looked really nice. Its about a 15-20 minute walk to the main city centre but lots of other bars/cafes/restaurants just a few minutes walk away. Whilst there was limited... wat mensen zeggen » metered parking in the street it was cheap at only GB$1 per hour during the day, free after about 5pm till 8:30am. The bonus was that if you ask the company they can arrange a free NCP city parking pass at one of the main cit - We stayed at the Blinkbonny Rd residence and it was great. The owner was extremely friendly and the home was immaculate. Absolutely made my family feel like we stayed at our home away from home. We can't wait until our next visit.

  Echt een keten-hotel. Dit gaat ten koste van de "gezellige" uitstraling die kleinere hotels vaak wel hebben. Ligging dicht bij het strand van Portobello. Ga daar zeker een kijkje nemen als je in dit hotel verblijft. Ongeveer 10 minuten lopen vanaf het hotel. It was a pleasure the rooms are not modern although they do have the touches like the plasma tv and modern bathroom. Overall I would not change anything about the hotel it was perfect.
