  A beautiful apartment with great attention to detail and lots of extras to make one's stay more enjoyable including chocolates and many goodies in the fridge. Fabulous position and beautiful place. - compared to most places in skye this is very modern and comfortable. very well kitted out and good design. great bedding/towels etc.

  Very friendly lady owner. Scenery lovely, clean and comfy apartment, good parking, plenty of space, good facilities if you want to cook, sit and eat, wash clothes, etc. Separate lounge to watch big tv- good when weather not great :) Tastefully decorated, well...very white with lots of accessories. Plenty of heaters - all rooms. Cafe across the roa... wat mensen zeggen » d good as not many places to eat around Staffin. Two or more shops nearby. Wine and biscuits provided on arrival. - The staff (family) that run the apartments were superb. Can't really emphasise that enough! We were informed of a slight issue with the shower and were given a 65% discount to make up for it. We are very grateful! The apartment itself was perfect for what we were looking for - good value for money (even before the discount), modern and stylish interior and includes everything you would need in a holiday apartment. Would definitely go back!

  We arrived after climbing on Ben Nevis soaking wet and tired - very friendly and welcoming staff provided us with paper towels to dry our boots. In the morning fantastic Scottish breakfast was served, excellent guest house location and view! :) What was crucial for us - very convenient car park! Very good value for money! - Very nice and gentle s... wat mensen zeggen » taff. Place only a few minutes from the bus station and the centre of Portree. Nice view over the harbour. A small Co-op store in near. Together, we could solve the problem with the Internet-Problem ;-) Not solved was the problem with the corde for the ventilation inside the single room :-(

  This hotel looks down over the town of Portree on the Isle of Skye and is only two blocks from city centre shopping and restaurants. The guest house is beautifully renovated. The bed was so comfy. The view from our window towards the bay was amazing. Staff were excellent as was the restaurant. It also has a nice pub within. Dinner prices in ... wat mensen zeggen » the restaurant were very reasonable. The accomodations were a little over our budget, but well worth it. - We found the Marmalade hotel perfect for our short trip to Portree. We are a family with children aged 9 and 10 and the family room was very comfortable, clean and spacious. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The restaurant food was good and the breakfasts lovely. The hotel is a small walk out of the town of Portree and has lovely views. We would definitely recommend it and hope to go back!

  The staff were nice people. I liked their honesty. The room was great for the price, as was the shower (very powerful and hot). Service was fine in general. Although some people had wrong drinks brought to their table and food from the kitchen was slow for some. It was dog friendly and the staff were really accommodating. I would stay again but wo... wat mensen zeggen » uld eat and drink elsewhere. - Beautiful setting right on the harbor on the Isle of Skye. Room looked out onto the harbor, stunning view. The room was furnished nicely and the bed was very comfortable. We had dinner in the restaurant, the food was reasonably priced and was very good. All of the staff were extremely courteous and helpful.

  I liked the very friendly staff, nothing seem to bother them. Tommy the manager is a credit to all managers. He worked morning to night and could still join in and get guest up to dance at the hogmany/new years parties. - Lovely room with sea views. Spacious and comfortable. Value for money excellent.
