  the friendliness of the director...simply great. The hotel is very clean, central, beautiful Victorian style and amazing views. - The privacy and how friendly the management and staff were on contact. THe rooms were wonderful and the facilities great.

  Friendly staff, excellent breakfast, and room facilities - On entering reception staff were very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast itself was very enjoyable with a relaxed atmosphere, so compliments to the chef and staff. Room was a good size, it had everything you may need available, loved the bathroom.
