  Our clerk, Vee was superior. He thoroughly made sure everything was perfect for our stay and even worked with us when we needed to cancel a night last minute. Top notch in both friendliness and professionalism! The hotel is an ideal location for seeing the city, especially for what you pay! I didn't have my phone charger and was out of battery so he lent me his, plus I had to check out before breakfast so he brought it to me the night before! I was well impressed with his attitude and friendliness. Other than that the place was very clean and excellent value. Also there was loads of stuff nearby and it's right next to Paddington station.

  Het ontbijt was lekker en uitgebreid. De bedden waren schoon en er waren ook niet-veren kussens aanwezig (ivm allergie). Het matras was ook goed. De locatie was perfect. Het personeel was erg behulpzaam toen we een probleem met het raam hadden en het was in no-time verholpen.   The staff is very helpful and efficient; they took the trouble to check me in immediately though I arrived at nine in the morning; they were always fast and attentive at breakfast and in cleaning. Tiny rooms have all one needs, location couldn't be better, short walk from Vic Station, with a Boris Bike stand at the end of the block and shops close... wat mensen zeggen » by. Priced the same as inconveniently placed hotels (at least when I was there). No complaints whatever and would happily stay here again. - A number of the B&B's on the street appear to be run by the same family & we actually stayed in Cedar Lodge. Location is just fantastic. The room was basic but clean. Tv, fridge & tea/coffee available. Enjoy suite was small & like a wet room but plenty of hot water. Bed firm but comfortable & the road is quiet so had a good nights sleep. Breakfast was again basic but plentiful & staff very efficient.

Its good to stay here if you're looking for a cheap night or two. Considering what I didn't like, I would still come and stay here agai - Easy to find, excellent staff, warm and safe base from which to explore London for a few days, room was clean and we were given the option to up-grade to a room with shower etc very quiet, we were at the front but didn't hear any noise after lights out! excellent budget hotel, well worth the money!
