its is nicely situated on the east of Cheltenham ideally for walkers and business people. The staff are nice and friendly you get a good welcome and the owners will greet you when you arrive or see you off when you leave.
The rooms are nicely decorated and very clean there`s a few little added touches in every room.

This welcoming hotel just outside Cheltenham is on a quiet section of the A40, with views across the garden to the hills beyond. You can easily get into Cheltenham by bus and there are lots of walks in the surrounding countryside. The hotel has a conservatory, bar and restaurant (which we didn't try but the menu looked attractive). There are plenty of books and newspapers if you prefer to stay indoors. Clean and comfortable. Pleasant decor and furnishing. Helpful friendly and courteous proprietor. I stay in a lot of hotels and you learn that the first thing to do is check everything works, if there is to be the slightest chance of anything being fixed before you leave. So when a light bulb blew I was delightfully surprised to find it instantly replaced without my even reporting it.

The hotel was nice and modern and we received a good welcome on our arrival. Good parking facilities and the bar was also a nice surprise! We walked into the town centre during the day (approx. 10 mins), however, a taxi was necessary during the evening.
