  We arrived at 11.15am and the Receptionist found us a room and allowed us to check in early as we were going to a football match. All the staff during the stay were very friendly. Couldn't get out the jacquzzi, wanted to stay all week! My room service food was excellent too, not ridiculous prices. Bar is nice. All staff I encountered were really friendly and seemed to know their stuff. Hope my company sends me back to hull again soon.
