Reception girl was really nice, had professional approach to all my questions and tried to help me out whenever we needed..Room was really clean and free wifi was a good facility every one want to use and enjoy..,and free parking..free cancellation if u change ur plan also give u a peace of mind.. -

As a cycling group, several of us arrived late but they kept the kitchen open late to feed us which really was appreciated. Breakfast was fantastic and set us up well for our second day of cycling! Lovely place with friendly staff.

I was a little worried after reading the reviews, but we had no problems at all. Before going i requested a newly refurbished room and it turned out to be a spacious twin, that was clean, comfortable and quiet. I do agree that the rooms are a little warm and the windows don't really open, but other than that we had a comfortable stay. Staff were helpful and polite in general and any requests etc were dealt with straight away. Breakfast is that of a budget hotel, but plenty on offer and all sel

Staff were very friendly and helpful and appeared very professional and capable.
The food was good and I particularly appreciated the option for porridge that was prepared hot and fresh for morning breakfast.
I have rated the staff as good based on the limited interaction that I had with them, but I am sure that they are at the very least deserving of this standard.

We could not fault the friendliness of the staff or the facilities provided. Good stop-over hotel not far from the motorway. Large comfortable bedroom with meals taken at adjoining restaurant. Meal deals on offer in the evening and excellent breakfast with good choice. Very friendly staff at reception and in the restaurant. Overall excellent value for money.

As always a really good night's stay at a Premier Inn. You can always be assured what you get will be clean, reliable, and friendly for a great price. In this case, the front desk staff member went above and beyond in helping us get our laundry washed and dried, which was a real help a week into our vacation. -

Malcolm and Jennifer could not have been more welcoming. A lovely quiet hotel a short stroll from the town centre. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the breakfasts were magnificent. Will definitely stay again and would recommend to anyone else. -

The location was superb.
In the entrance was comfy sofas and a wood burning fire very cosy. The evening meals were huge portions and yummy. The view from the kitchen was spectacular. All the facilities such as showers and toilets were clean and lots of hot water. The bedrooms were nice and warm as well. -
