  The staff were always super helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much effort and they remember the small details (that you may think you need to followup on). The Suite was fabulous. Location great - not far from the center at all-walking distance. Loved the huge bed and myriad of pillows, blacked out double curtains spanning the whole wall of the Suite. You have - When we arrived at the hotel, we were greeted by a lovely concierge who took our bags and parked our car. He was very friendly & helpful. Reception staff were also friendly & welcoming. All staff were conscientious, great top class service! Absolutely excellent hotel and the cost is inviting on the wallet also! No hesitation to recommend The Fitzwilliam Belfast, l will defo be back!

  Hand over on arrival was very efficient yet welcoming and friendly. Apartment very comfortable, really well equipped, spotlessly clean, modern. Proximity to town was a great advantage everything was within walking distance. Would not hesitate in recomending these apartments.   The couple who owned the appartment met us and they were lovely and even had choccy biscuits ready and waitin for us. As for the appartment what more would you want, ample heating, clean, comfortable cosy and in such a fantastic location. We even got to stay longer on the Sunday. The service was first class.   This is the best self catering apartment that I have ever lived in. Everything needed is there, including a washing machine with dryer function. The landlords - Stephen and Jane are very very kind!! They give us many recommendations and even help us to buy the titanic tickets. I definitely recommend every tourist to live their flat! - Stephen could not have been more helpful, gave us loads of info about Belfast, the apartment and local amenities.   Situated on the river front and overlooking Titanic Belfast. One of the best locations in Belfast, particularly if you are going to a concert or event at the Odyssey, which is a 1 minute walk away. Premier Inn next door is great for drinks and food, with friendly staff. The view of the illuminated Titanic at night is wonderful. Large flat screen tv, - We were in Belfast to visit an exhibition at the Titanic Centre and the apartments were literally two minutes walk away. The Odyssey arena was a couple of minutes walk in the other direction. Five minute taxi ride to the huge Victoria Centre and the tourist attractions around it. Handy Mace grocery store in the apartment complex. Free parking and wifi were great. Apartment was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Wished I was staying longer.
