The skill of the staff was immediately apparent as we arrived and our suitcases were quickly delivered to our room without fuss whilst we checked in. stay. From the moment we entered the hotel they treated us like very
special guests on a very special occasion. On top of the excellent
accommodation (we had a seaside view superior room) the food was
also delicious, presented in a very elegant and sophisticated way.

Excellent customer service from the minute of entering right through to leaving. Nothing was too much for them. Everywhere you went it was clean. Nice size rooms, restuarant etc. Definitely would recommend it and possibly return again maybe even withthe children this time. -

We always stay at Jamaica Inn when we are en route to St. Ives - which we have done in all seasons and in all weathers. The setting on beautiful,wild Bodmin Moor is romantic and atmospheric but extremely handy just off the A30.
Warm and cosy inside, Manager Steve and his staff always make you more than welcome. Rooms are comfortable and squeaky clean and you can be sure of a very good breakfast the next day!

Beautiful building. We had a lovely room in the main building with a great view. Rooms and beds are very comfortable. Facilities for our 23 month old were excellent including childens tea which made being away with a little one very easy. We didn't use the crèche but would have done if we'd stayed longer. The Fowey Hall hotel was amazing! The staff is attentive, friendly and very helpful. The suite was clean and comfortable every day of our stay. Children are welcome and provided recreational activities indoors and outdoors. Breakfast was wonderful, my girls miss Cherish, the greatest waitress! Overall our stay was amazing in this beautiful former Hanson mansion. Still maintaining it's character and 19th century charm. We will definitely visit again.

Awesome historic building overlooking the sea but don't be put off. Room was very modern, heated bathroom floor and the best shower I've ever been in. Clearly renovated recently. Restaurants were good, great breakfast (overlooking the ocean) and dinner. Friendly enough staff. Little expensive but not overpriced. Would stay here again.

The B&B was very clean and quiet. The water feature outside my room was switched off at night so it didn't disturb my sleep and I could sleep with the window open.
Breakfast looked to have lovely fresh fruit, cereal and cooked. Wish I could have had some.

Staff were friendly from the minute we arrived, nothing too much
trouble. Our room was missed for servicing the second day. Receptionist
couldn't have been more apologetic and dealt with it straight away,
even though she was busy dealing with new arrivals, and working alone.
We would recommend this hotel to others and would definately return if

Me and my family stayed in a family room which had ample room and space for clothes and 3 of us. My daughter loved the freeview flat screen tv, and we all thought the staff were vary nice and polite. We were going on holiday to St Ives and decided to travel on the Friday night with an overnight stop nearby, instead of Saturday morning to beat the traffic jams. Arrived here to friendly reception at about 11.30pm with drinks brought to room. Rooms were smart, breakfast enjoyable, dining area had outside terrace with views and location was absolutely perfect for our travel plans. Would recommend to anyone doing what we did.

The hotel is set a long way off the road with lovely grounds. The rooms look as if they are chalet style, each with a balcony, and inside the open plan bathroom/shower is a nice touch and makes the room even more spacious. Bed was very comfortable. Room exceptionally clean and well presented. The food in the restaurant was superb and the waiting staff professional and friendly. The pool, steam room and sauna all very well done in the spa - great for a relaxing couple of days.
