  The Hotel is within walking distance of the centre of the town, but far enough out to be quiet. I enjoyed my first stay there so much, Ive revisited 3 years in a row. Although I havent made use of all the facilities, they do have their own laundry, indoor and outdoor swimming pools. Ive always found the staff polite, friendly and helpful. - Nice ... wat mensen zeggen » hotel in a fabulous position ,2 great beaches and the town a strole away. Friendly reception, free parking,had room 119 a twin with sea view to front and side , spacious well decorated with modern bathroom for £71 and a full English thrown in , me im not complaining. CHEERS KILBERNIE FOR A GREAT STAY !

  The hotel has a fine location on a height on the outskirts of St. Ives, reached by a very narrow driveway. Our room had a spectacular view over the coast and town. It was nicely appointed, clean and comfortable. The hotel personnel were friendly and helpful. The restaurant presented good meals at a modest price; the breakfast was fresh and offere... wat mensen zeggen » d a large choice. The location of the hotel makes it a good base for walking along the North Cornish coastal path. We would certainly return to the Ga - Everything. It has a lovely relaxed, friendly atmosphere. I would describe our stay there as a five star experience from a three star hotel. Whilst it may not be the cheapest place to stay, you gets what you pay for and with this hotel you get a lot. St Ives is a magical place to stay and this hotel just is the icing on the cake.

  We stayed for a two nights, I would recommend this hotel to anyone, the staff we very friendly and helpful, the room was very clean and a good size, the same applies to the bathroom. the facilities were excellent and a very good beakfast that set us up for the day. The hotel is situated within a short walk to both the town centre and beaches.. Lov... wat mensen zeggen » ed our stay and would definately go back. - having travelled a lot worldwide this hotel is very a little jem!, lovely pool, fab food 10 points for the chef lobster was very good and the steak was cooked to perfection,friendly and helpfull staff,its not often that you can find a hotel offering such a high standard of service for a reasonable price,it puts shame on more expensive hotels.

  I was with my daughter and granddaughter who is 17months old. Our room was perfect. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was superb and included in the price. If you are looking for a boutique type hotel this is not for you, but I would stay here over any boutique hotel. The setting was magnificent. Beautiful grounds and woodland... wat mensen zeggen » s. Even the walk back to the hotel from St Ives up the big hill was not enough to put me off going again. - The hotel was absolutely amazing! So friendly and had a lovely warm welcome and ports of smiles and politeness from all staff. Food was delicious and well presented. Our room was AMAZING, we had a beautiful view of the sea and the room was kept nice and clean everyday by the wonderful cleaning staff. We will be staying again with you in the future!   All the staff were freindly: there were plenty of acticties to do. the rooms were big with lots of facilities. - Informality and the feel of a well run establishment.

  Clean and comfortable. Friendly staff. Handy location for picking up the coastal path going west. Nice part of town. Views from the room were stunning. - Great location with views from the room. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good breakfast overlooking the bay. Id stay here again without hesitation.

  Great for families especially under 9's who can be left in the Den for a few hours each day , my girls loved it ! Easy walk down to a beautiful sandy beech and also surrounding towns are beautiful !
