  The staff were exceptionally helpful - nothing was too much trouble. I also liked the fact that there was secure parking right next to the hotel - great value for central parking in Truro. - friendly staff, lovely room with free upgrade, great dinner and breakfast

  From arriving to leaving everything and everyone was excellent.The golf was very good (though rather slow, following a ladies friendly match). The hotel is in beautiful surroundings and was so quiet, particularly at night allowing for a good night's sleep. The hotel, centrally situated, was great for visiting lots of places in Cornwall where we had... wat mensen zeggen » never before visited! - This is a lovely place to stay - everything is first class. All the staff without exception were friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and professional. This greatly enhanced the experience of our holiday. The bar meals and breakfasts that we had were similaly excellent. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

  Very well trained and friendly staff. Every single one went out of their way to be cheerfully welcoming and helpful. Large, comfortable room. Spotlessly clean. Smelled nice. Excellent breakfast. Good quality all round. Very tasty full English. Enjoyed a very pleasant and cheap dinner. Surprisingly nice. Our special thanks would like to go to Tina the receptionist who was very kind and immediately knew and catered for our needs. She made us all feel that we would like to come back to Camborne in more happier circumstances.

  The staff were extremely helpful, the check in process was fast and efficient. The room was warm and comfortable. The Staff at the May Tree Restaurant next door were equally pleasant and efficient, and the restaurant had a good family atmposhere.   Excellent customer service from the minute of entering right through to leaving. Nothing was too much for them. Everywhere you went it was clean. Nice size rooms, restuarant etc. Definitely would recommend it and possibly return again maybe even withthe children this time. - We arrived much earlier than the check in time but the receptionist ... wat mensen zeggen » went out of her way to see if the room was ready. It was and we were able to leave our bags and go on with our plans for the day.

Above all I would say that despite long hours of dealing with the general range of customers needs in a busy environment, all - I had visited bude about ten years ago but was unable to see much of the area as it was for a bereavment so i wanted to spend a little more time there so i returned there this time last year unfortunately i was delayed in my arrival and the weather was not to great but the Brendon Arms was most wecoming and i hand a fantastic meal that night which made me want to return which i did getting more time to enjoy Bude and the Brendon Arms was just as good as last year.

  my husband and I were delighted to see a change from overly soft beds and pillows. Thank you. Loved the Tavern next door, especially after driving and arriving late, nobody wants to get back into the car to go looking for a nice meal and good service - lovely! - Very comfortable beds, cleaniness, value for money, good location,spacious rooms, ex... wat mensen zeggen » cellent and friendly staff (ready to help if needed).
