  We booked a suite and it was worth every penny, great views great room great breakfast. We had a swim and had the pool to ourselves its a little dated and in need of some TLC but you would have to be a real winger to complain about this detail. The lifts worked fine but we opted to walk up the tastefully decorated stairs. The staff were very helpf... wat mensen zeggen » ul at all times I guess if your polite to them then they respond well that is human nature if your rude then I guess you will get ignored. Breakfast - Stayed for a weekend in February 2013 and we enjoyed every minute. Hotel very welcoming, clean, nice and warm. Restaurant is mega quirky and a joy to relax in. Leisure area utilised, sauna excellent combined with dips in the pool (Which was a bit fresh!) The breakfast was - delicious. Plenty of choice to be had both hot and cold. All in all a very enjoyable, relaxing stay and we will book again without hesitation!

  The welcome we received on arrival was excellent the breakfast was plentlfull and good (including the scrambled egg)a parking spot was provided although it did not come with room package,Many thanks to Bev and Ian for making our stay a pleasant one - The Hollies was beautifully situated.   I was with my daughter and granddaughter who is 17months old. Our room was perfect. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was superb and included in the price. If you are looking for a boutique type hotel this is not for you, but I would stay here over any boutique hotel. The setting was magnificent. Beautiful grounds and woodland... wat mensen zeggen » s. Even the walk back to the hotel from St Ives up the big hill was not enough to put me off going again. - The hotel was absolutely amazing! So friendly and had a lovely warm welcome and ports of smiles and politeness from all staff. Food was delicious and well presented. Our room was AMAZING, we had a beautiful view of the sea and the room was kept nice and clean everyday by the wonderful cleaning staff. We will be staying again with you in the future!   The hotel staff were really helpful and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The standard room was large and very clean with a power shower to die for...blew us away! The food was lovely, very tasty with large portions and the surrounds were beautiful. This hotel under-sells itself as there is so much more to see and do for everyone. We h - Extremely well presented hotel and I love the period decor and the ornate wood paneling in the dining room. Breakfast buffet was very good, and the swimming pool, Jacuzzi and sauna were extremely clean. It was a very relaxing place to be. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our two night stay at Trenython Manor. When we have reason to be in that part of Cornwall in the future it is likely that we will use your hotel again. Happy customers. Steve and Donna

  The location, high on the headland within a couple of strides of the beach, fashion & surf shops and cafes. The staff are friendly and efficient. The spa is just what one expects from a brand new facility, although the pool could be larger for the serious swimmer. There is an outside pool which looks good although we did not test it. All in all we had a VERY relaxing and enjoyable stay, we will certa - Awesome historic building overlooking the sea but don't be put off. Room was very modern, heated bathroom floor and the best shower I've ever been in. Clearly renovated recently. Restaurants were good, great breakfast (overlooking the ocean) and dinner. Friendly enough staff. Little expensive but not overpriced. Would stay here again.

  St Mellion is a superb place to stay. The rooms are quite spacious and comfortable with in-room tea, coffee and hot chocolate. The health facilities and the golf course looked great too, albeit our stay was primarily to visit friends in the area and so we were not in the resort long enough during any day to take full advantage of even the swimmi... wat mensen zeggen » ng pools or the restaurant. Hopefully, we will be able to return in the future and will then plan to spend more time indoors and enjoy the pool etc. - Only on site for 10 hours (arrived late and left early) - but what I sore was all good. Breakfast options on the day start from approx £5 if you want tea and toast, lots of options up to the £12.50 full English which was very good. Spa looked great, would have loved to have spent more time there. The place was apparently full, I sore about 6 guests during my short stay and heard no one - very quiet. Beautiful surrounds.

  Beautiful building. We had a lovely room in the main building with a great view. Rooms and beds are very comfortable. Facilities for our 23 month old were excellent including childens tea which made being away with a little one very easy. We didn't use the crèche but would have done if we'd stayed longer. Fowey is a lovely little t - The Fowey Hall hotel was amazing! The staff is attentive, friendly and very helpful. The suite was clean and comfortable every day of our stay. Children are welcome and provided recreational activities indoors and outdoors. Breakfast was wonderful, my girls miss Cherish, the greatest waitress! Overall our stay was amazing in this beautiful former Hanson mansion. Still maintaining it's character and 19th century charm. We will definitely visit again.
