  Room was very quiet being on the side away from the A5, which to be fair was reasonably quiet at the weekend. The new booking-in system seemed to work well until the entry of credit card details when you needed to switch to a smaller somewhat hidden screen. - The position.   The accommodation was spotlessly clean, modern and comfortable. Great location for visiting Whipsnade Zoo as we were still able to walk into Dunstable in the evening where there were several good pubs and restaurants. Carmel could not have been friendlier or more helpful. The breakfast was also phenomenal - we would definitely stay here again. - I had read reviews and I wondered whether it could live up to expectations. It did more than this. I enjoyed the peaceful location and took advantage of the close proximity to 'The Downs' to have a Sunday morning walk. Needed the walk to burn off the extra calories from the excellent breakfast. Carmel was wonderful. She took time out to talk to her guests and had a good rapport with everyone.

  Stayed here for three weeks for business purposes and have to admit that after the three week period it felt like family. Hotel personnel were very friendly and helpful (contrary to what other people say), always willing to help and offer directions/advice etc. Have to admit that the hotel amenities are not the best but got a very spacious room w... wat mensen zeggen » ith double bed (although I booked a single room), internet was decent (£10 a week), and its within walking distance from the Luton Airport Parkway sta - greeted by lovely staff who assisted our check in. Rooms clean, beds comfortable. Tea and coffee....pub two minutes from hotel, airport 5 minutes from hotel. Early morning call prompt, greeted again in the morning and wished well on our holidyas...Lenny was so right..........perfect....x

  I booked rooms for family (didn't actually stay myself) and was told that it was an excellent hotel. It's brand new so you would expect it to be immaculate but I hear it exceeded expectations. No complaints at all. Showers were fantastic and everything in the rooms brilliant. The breakfast also got rave reviews!   I liked the whole experience of staying for two nights. The rooms were scrupulously clean, very well proportioned and very comfortable. The little extras like a notepad in the room or the tissues, soap and good sized towels in the shower room made you feel that you were staying in a much more expensive hotel. Car parking was very generous. - The staff were friendly and pleasant, particullarly the gentleman on night reception who had to deal with unruly customers with very little support. The bathroom was excellent with a large walk in shower however it would be useful if we were informed on arrival that we had to request bath towels from reception as these are not automatically supplied.
