  We liked the fact that it is virtually next door to our family who live on Birchfield Road. We have stayed there for the last few years for a Birthday celebration. The staff could not have been more helpful. It was extremely hot when we arrived and we were offered a sheet to replace the duvet and a jug of iced water, which was immediately brought... wat mensen zeggen » to our room. - The man in the restaurant in particular (think he was either Italian or Spanish) gave excellent service, his service alone would make me want to stay again. Even though they were clearly understaffed he was still extremely pleasant and his level of service was excellent!
