We liked the friendly atmosphere of the Sea Spray. Ian and Pauline made us very welcome from the moment we arrived and made our stay most comfortable and enjoyable. The room was clean and the selection of food for breakfast was perfect. everthing, lovely people really friendly, great welcome, the breakfast was reall good and had good choices, room was clean, great value for money. friendly atmosphere. good breakfast . speedy service clean room , bathroom, very helpful owner, 1st name terms with all his guests. ian and Pauline made us welcome and the b b is close to shops and the beach,and breakfast is a treat.good value and clean . john/phil. really friendly and helpful. rooms a little dated but really clean and nice bed. Guy who runs it was top bloke. would stay again. Everythink was spot on nice people clean, a nice breakfast to start the day. And everythink on the door step. Very good. A very pleasant experience,good food ,good location,welcoming,friendly staff,home from home. We were made to feel very welcome, excellent breakfasts and guest house was spotless. it was clean, comfortable, friendly host, good food and convenient location. The Sea spray was situated very close to the beach, the town and parking. Despite a rocky welcome the sea spray was good value for money. Near the sea. Liked it all but would strip wall paper, plaster and paint. wouldnt stop me staying again and amazing location. coming home. nothing. Nothing. the shower didnt work very well. bit dated. Town rather tired but surrounding area very beutiful. No parking No evening meals available at weekends. Being told off twice before i signed the register, and having to think about breakfast 18 hours before i eat it. In fairness i didn't read the booking form properly, i was too keen to get a room somewhare so maybe i deserved it. The shower was not very warm even when the dial was on the hottest setting, this was disappointing. I stayed in a single room which was actually really small and i had not expected a single bed, this was my fault. Lack of sugar and milk in rooms and at breakfast.Evening meal optional? not available to busy.Bar open in evening when not darting.Shower in room6 very small and difficult to get into. the city. booked sea view as advertised no sea view from any room. side street no parking. someone entered our room moved clothes etc about, but didnt clean or change towels.

Please note that the windows open inwards and are fully accessible in the event of a fire. Please let Seaspray House know your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking or contact the property. From the 1st May to the 1st October, parking times are limited - parking available from 17:00 until 09:00 the next day in the dotted bays on the street outside and adjoining streets to the guesthouse. Parking from 1st October to 30th April is free on streets outside. A multi-storey car park available less than 50 metres away - hoteliers can arrange a parking card in advance for an additional charge.
