The rooms were clean, fresh and so spacious...They had put a cot in the room on request. The staff very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Good plasma TV for the Manchester United cup match. Good pice offer. Hotel was easy to find, just of the motorway.

  Vriendelijk personeel,goed eten tegen een lage prijs we zijn gewoon heel tevrede over het Chase hotel - the hotel was built on the back of a pub which was very reasonable and food very good,and the rooms were very good massive bed,flat screen tele plenty of room - Good Food, Good Beer, Friendly Staff and an excellent atmosphere.

  Clean comfy and affordable local places to eat and shop - The hotel was close to where I wanted to be and was at a price I wanted to pay. I think anything over what I paid is a rip off.

  I was left alone - very cold night but warm room ,warm reception by staff, good food , excellent breakfast, clean and tidy , comfortable beds . we would return.

  I thought the room was large and pleasant. After being refused use of room, we all gathered in the bedroom (all 28! - and dispersed at 2.30am. We were more than happy, but if I had not been part of this group I would have been very cross due to the noise generated by our revels. - Bedding clean and a good nights sleep. Room facilities much bet... wat mensen zeggen » ter then some budget accommodation. Quiet. The towels where good quality and the room a nice temperature. The TV remote didn't work but who dares touch those things in hotels any way.

  The hotel was clean and comfortable. Value for money. Walking distance from town centre. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The Italian restaurant food was delicious as well as the breakfast the following morning. Will definitely recommend this hotel. - Staff Convenient
