  Very convenient location for Canary Wharf and 02 arena. Walk from the hotel and catch the DLR to Canary Wharf from East India (few mins walk, literally - and not main roads to cross), or take a 2 minute walk across a set of Traffic Lights to Blackwall DLR. Both stations take you to Canary Wharf, but please not you have to get off at Popular to g... wat mensen zeggen » o to Canary Wharf. And on depart to Canary Wharf to either of above, stop at Popular. Trains are so quick, less waiting and right until midnight. An - It is only 5 mins walk under a tunnel from Blackwall station, you can see hotel from DLR. Tea/Coffee and good size rooms, power shower!! Comfy beds, handy to have a hairdryer.I would stay again but ask for a do not disturb sign for door! Staff at check in desk friendly and check in/out quick and easy never had food so cant comment nice budget hotel close to shops (15 mins walk) Beware of taxis share if you can we did twice there and back after concert at 02, pre-book because you get a set fare

  Very nice location, on the edge of the congestion zone. Parking was available in a non-associated parking house about two blocks away. The tower and tower bridge and the river is about 10-15 minutes walk. Room was clean, everything in order. Ac is great and sound isolation from the street noises worked perfectly. Restaurant/bar in the hotel was ni... wat mensen zeggen » ce, but busy. - Friendly, helpful staff on reception and in restaurant; compact but perfectly appointed room (great attention to design detail); very close to overground (10 mins) and tube trains (2 mins round corner) - direct tube from Paddington, Kings Cross/St Pancras, Liverpool St. Loved the compact but comfortable room with plug sockets in all the right places!

  As I was going to Wimbledon on the Mon 24th - hotel ideal for location. The majority of staff were helpful, friendly. Reception staff helpful providing buses numbers and cost to Wimbledon and information how to get to Kew Gdns. On Tuesday morning at breakfast a friendly manager approached us and asked if we had a comfortable sleep, informed him th... wat mensen zeggen » at we heard noise (Rm 201 at back of hotel) during the night - it sounded like someone using a mixer for plastering. He said he would follow this up. - I stayed for 4 nights on business. I had a minor car park trauma (my fault) and was faced with telling a guest that i had hit their vehicle. I reported this to the reception and they could not have been more helpful - the Italian gentleman (i apologise i did not record his name) was very helpful and was the epitome of professional -thank you very much. The rooms were comfortable and everything you could need. I will stay again. Free breakfast, free wifi. what more do you need?

  Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The 24/7 reception and the locking of the doors at night made the place very safe in this particular part of Camden town. Being a student lodge for the most part I was pleasantly surprised how quiet the building was at night and how clean it remained at all times. Suzie (Zuzi) at the reception receives everyone with a great smile and wonderful customer service- she made all the difference in my stay by - I loved my small studio and the kitchen especially. The room was very clean and the cleaning staff was great. The managers are all young and very friendly, helped a lot when I had to prolong my stay. The design is calm and I like that every room had a stacked book shelf with all kinds to choose from.
