Goede wijk, dichtbij metro, iedere dag werd het bed verschoond en nieuwe handdoeken, goed bed. - de schoonmaker was de aardigste persoon in het hotel maar dat was geen Indier en de rest wel.   Its position was brilliant - so accessible to the tube - the fact that breakfast was included. It was a decent size room and was clean. Also the ladies serving in the breakfast room were lovely - friendly and helpful and knew exactly what we wanted and very happy to mix and match breakfasts. And when I asked for only egg they gave me two ! Its location to paddington was a big plus perfect for a couple of nights away

  The room was very clean and bright with a comfortable bed. The hotel was just what you’d expect a two star hotel to be nothing fancy but all the basics catered for and in a lovely period building. On arrival I was greeted by a pleasant lady on reception, who was very efficient. When I called them to say I couldn't arrive on time and asked for a late check-in I had been told "no problem". Also I liked the location of this - breakfast was simple but enough. They provided a cooked English breakfast (without sausage!) but toasts, some fruits, yogurt and cereal were self-service so it was quite nice. The room was small but tidy and comfortable. And the shared bathroom was clean and not crowded. I didn't wait to take a shower.

Helped with luggage up stairs and very helpful with directions etc. Staff in breakfast room also very friendly and would have made you anything. Breakfast lovely. Well equipped with plenty of closet space, mini fridge, tv, hairdryer and plenty of helpful advice on local restaurants, attracti - You get what you pay for. Though this is a small hotel, it is clean and located in a very quiet and safe environment. Breakfast is fairly okay. So far, we did not have any problems regarding theft or any loss of personal properties while staying at the hotel. I think the guests themselves should be responsible to take care of their valuables and not to leave their money or other important things when they go out of the wherever hotel they are staying.
