Staff are helpful and friendly. The hostel although a bit worn is very clean. The beds were comfortable. It's a five minute walk to Earls Court tube station. Yes, I would stay again.

I liked the central location within walking distance to the tube. I liked that it was located back from the main street and that the rooms backed onto a central court so that it was very quiet. The shower had a powerful spray. I also liked the pay as you go phone and computer service, on site laundry facilities and kitchen opening onto the courtyard.
I did not like being on the 3rd floor as it was hard on my knees climbing all those stairs. I also would appreciate a lift. The toilet/shower room was very cramped for space and made it difficult to brush my teeth over the tiny sink.

I like the no fuss "fit for purpose" room accommodation which fitted my budget visiting London. The rooms and beds are clean. The shared toilets and bathrooms are cleaned daily. The proximity to Earls Crt station and within Zone 1 Underground stations met my touristy needs. We also needed the kitchen facilities and coin operated clothes washing & drying equipment . The free brochures and information on London & UK available in the lounge is most helpful to overseas travellers like me!
No wifi in rooms. Suggest wifi boosters be installed. The staircases up and down to rooms - with heavy suitcases is an issue. But this is fine with me as I was careful not to hurt myself lugging 3 suitcases 20 kg each!
Great location, a 5 minutes walk from the Earl's Court station, which gets you basically everywhere in London. The staff is very friendly and the dorms are great, even being a little extra-warm in the summer.

Noisy/drunk dude coming in just after 12. Same?/some1 switching on fan next to my head, which I thought was a very loud generator outside, thanx for keeping me awake most of the night.

Blocked toilet. Also needed window open for fresh air but all the smokers were down below it so had to close it. Then could not sleep due to room being too warm.

Earl's Court was all I needed for my week's stay in London. Clean, very well organised, great location, lovely staff. When you finally arrive, tired from your travel, a warm friendly face is very welcome. Alison was wonderful

And self Catering to, and C1 Bus from Victoria Coach Station Drops you off near the corner of the Road. and walk straight ahead take the First Left and 60 seconds later your at the YHA. Little arrows Painted on the Wall from Bedroom to Reception with a Indication's were your most Wonderful helpful Reception staffs our, Its such a big YHA Building, that is easy to get lost in, but after a few Days. I found my Way around, I met all sorts Peoples from Far and Distant Lands.
Perfect location for discovering London with tube station and museums being so close. Budget-friendly place making London achievable for every pocket. Great facilities- including kitchen and nice back garden. I'd definitely recommend this place and will book again.
The staff were really friendly and were more than happy to help in any way they could. We also appreciated the information board and, although we didn't go, thought the pub crawl was a great activity. The facilities were clean, overall, and well kept.
There had obviously been a leak somewhere above us as the ceiling was cracked and stained. The floor seemed to have sustained damage, as well, and creaked and groaned in certain places. The bed was a single bunk over a double bed, and we felt a little cramped in it.
Excellent location for our visit to the Albert Hall. Good facility with a 3 bed room.
Shower rooms could do with a refurb with additional hangers/shelves. Too hot inside and not good extraction system. Design better separation from water area so that clean dry clothes stay that way. Educate the clients as to how to not tramp dirty shoes inside the actual shower area. Also, although the windows in our room 101 are set so as to avoid people falling out...it could do with better ventilation during hot weather.

washrooms are small, Sinks are so small! 4$ is expensive for one lock!

Comfortable bed; mixed community, beautiful building, in great city location; near tube station. Quiet attractive part of town and warm helpful staff 24hrs a day. can buy food and drink and prepare own food in available facilities.
Prefer metal bunk beds (less creek) also didn't like the shower/toilet facilities (wet floors in the toilet) Poor hooks to hang up clothing and towels. Not Good!!
Liked everything about my stay!
The lounge areas were wonderful - comfy, a TV, large etc The street was quiet - could even hear the birds! The street was also in a good area of town - never felt in danger The bed was really warm and comfy Mostly things were very clean Very close to the exhibition centre - 5 streets away, 10 min walk tops. Loads of food shops and pubs just off the hostel road.
The showers could do with being renovated. The vents aren't adequate - stays steamy after others have showered. Also they need to be cleaned more often during the morning. The lack of ventilation means it can pong sometimes. Finally, the bins need to be emptied more often. Hand towels pile up quick.
I loved the location - just further up the road from Earls Court tube station - also the hot showers, very comfortable beds and room facilities..ample plug sockets, washbasin in room and an very handy underbed store (bring your own padlock!) for things you don't want to carry round whilst sightseeing...There is also a lounge area with TV and internet (£1 20 mins £3 for 1 hour)..The free luggage storage facilities were a bonus, so I didn't have to carry heavy luggage on the last day...Finally, at the end of my stay, I could just hop on the C1 bus stop just around the corner and get a bus which dropped me off (and my heavy luggage!) right outside Victoria coach station..
As there are no lifts I would remember to ask for a for a low floor next time....!!! (I can never travel light and so had fun carrying my large suitcase up the entrance stairs and up the stairs to my room...!!!! At least I got a good arm workout!
Modern,clean & warm.The room we had was also quiet by far the best budget hotel I've stayed at.Have already advised people of its merits & I hope to stay again.

When phone didnt work and I needed to make an urgent call - he lent us his own personal phone..very helpful, friendly, safe, clean and very comfortable indeed, we have stayed in many yha in europe and this was our best stay so far. Thank you

The kitchen was downstairs, and it's quite far from our room. Can't use wifi in the room, it's only available in the common room. Big noice when stepping on the floor.

naer earl's court staion and supermarkets and some shops and pubs so quite central and good located, staff was nice, rooms and bathrooms were all in all quite clean, you could buy a lock for your cupboard at the reception if you hadn't brought one, nice looking backyard, two very nice common roomes where you could feel comfortable, prices for internet okay, I didn't use the kitchen so I can not say anything about that. I would recommend you to stay here if you just need a bed and don't want to pay so much.
the luggage room was really dirty, but you don't have to pay to leave your luggage there, so I think you could live with that.
The room had only 4 beds (a very perfect number) and it was warm and very clean.
I was at the fourth floor and there wasn't a lift; the price for wi-fi daily Was too expensive; the shower and the toilette were a bit unconfortable.

You could smell the toilets throughout the hostel.
Reception was good and the Cafe had a good choice f thing on offer. I didn't use any communal spaces so can't say anything about them.
Bathrooms in the female dormitory section of the hostel are small and are terribly designed! There is no ventilation to talk about and NO windows! It included overfilled bins and broken taps! That is the reason why it was the worst hostel I have been to. And the way down to storage room is poorly marked too.
