Guests are required to call the apartments at least 1 hour prior arrival at the apartments to ensure prompt check-in. Guests are required to behave in a responsible and socially acceptable manner at all times whilst occupying the apartment and to be considerate and courteous to all the neighbours. In case of non-social behaviour or complaint, guests agree to vacate the apartment immediately without refund or redress. My Apartments reserves the right to make copy / take image of documents at check-in for security records. All guests will be required to produce a valid booking confirmation email/voucher as well as the original card used for payment and a valid photo ID upon arrival. Please note that parties are not permitted in the apartments and penalties will apply to guests breaking this rule. A security deposit of up to GBP 500 is required (at the discretion of the property) before arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
