Boutique London Lets staff was very helplful and available before and during our stay in London. We were really happy with the appartment condition, which really was neat and clean. Everything was made to feel at home. The kitchen was well-equipped and also had a dish-washer, which helped us a lot. Salt, pepper, oil, garbage bags, etc.. were already there when we arrived, preventing us to buy those items. A baby cot had been installed (from our request), as well as a high chair for the baby, wh. alle beoordelingen »
I felt safe in the location and in the apartment despite being on the ground floor.
The location is near to every sort of entertainment, public transport with shops open until late.
Apartment has a high standard of cleanliness, it is spacious and well equipped with free wifi.
The heating, kitchen appliances and shower were easy to operate.
The apartment is centrally located and very clean. It is very well equipped and heated sufficiently. The staff are helpful and polite. Management (particularly, Chester) is very fair in their treatment towards customers. Generally, a very nice, comfortable boarding experience.
I liked the location with its proximity to the underground. It was a very nice studio and had everything I needed. I had no problems with the key fobs and everything was in good working order. The sofa bed is extremely comfortable and I would certainly stay there again.
My standard studio was very clean and modern. Kitchen was very well equipped. Location in walk distance to three stations was great. Big supermarket (Waitrose) and 24/7 Tesco were also near. What you see in the pictures is what you get.
My encounter with Concierge Specialist, Jaceline was a wonderful
experience. Her "extra mile" customer service saved my stay
& my ratings for Albany Serviced Apartments.
Was a lovely modern apartment with good access to Kings Cross, Russell Square and Euston. Hot shower, underfloor heating, comfy bed, all the right amenities for me.
That we were on our own. Cloase to tube King's Cross station so it was easy to get around in London. Shops near by. Take away pizza and very good Indian food.
Location and area is very good. Quite atmosphere, close to underground, shopping center and cafes. The room is fully stuffed, clean, the furniture is new.
The appartments were central for the main train stations and a tube.easily accessible but not for wheelchair users.
Location was excellent. Apartment was small but adequate. The sofa bed was a surprise but comfortable to sleep on.
Location, design, facilities, plenty of storage, multi- functioning space, Modern decor.
It's location. Close to two main underground stations. Was self catering.
The apartment was amazing right in the centre of London easy to get about.
New and clean, close to Russel Square station and the British Museum.
clean, modern furniture and fittings, location.
Place was clean, equiped well, good location.
Cleanliness and new furnishings. Location.
our apartment's location was very good.
Modern, clean, good location.
Facilities good, very modern and well presented, Wifi, TV all worked fine.
Convenient location, but very noisy area. Hard to sleep. Ok facilities.
very clean and modern.
The location was ok and the apartment although small was well distributed. We stayed in a ground floor studio "superior". I liked the system to collect the keys at any time.
kitchen fittings
sound system.
When arriving at the appartment lin the evening (9.30pm) on our first day, we couldn't have access to our appartment key (pin code did not work). No panic : I called Boutique London Lets. A lady answered me immediately and reset the system from her office so that we could get the key back.
Nothing except having to leave!
I found it difficult to locate my key in the safe at first try but rang the customer services and was pleased with the prompt response and resolution.
The absence of adequate closet space to store the linen and luggage. There is insufficient room space for one's suitcases, once the studio couch is opened. Once the couch is opened, there is literally no space to move about....access to one's luggage is then limited. With movements being so restricted, squeezing towards gaining access to ones suitcases, results in one bruising themselves against the furniture or the suitcases.
The cleaner forgot to empty the bin.
There was no electricity plug in the bathroom for hairdryer -> I had to blow dry my hair in the Kitchen.
Faulty light was not fixed throughout my 11 nights stay even fault was
notified on day of arrival.
Floorplan of apartments on website was misleading...
The lighting was a bit harsh in the apartment but that would be my only criticism I think!.
When we arrived late night we could not get the key, however we called the night service and a lady helped us very fast.
There were no air-conditioning and it was very warm during the night as we did not like to have the Windows open as we were in the ground floor.
I was there with my daughter and the blanket was a dobble blanket, would have liked two separate blankets.
They promised free WI-FI but we were not able to login because there were too many users on the internet.
The instructions and contact information for how to get the keys were hidden, apparently, in a link within an e-mail. So, when I reached the apartment I could not get in. Not good enough! As a business traveller I need clear concise instructions that are easy to find.
No mobile phone reception in lower ground flat. No DVD player. No tea towels. Security -Couldn't open windows during the night through fear of someone climbing in as sash windows. Needed more hangers.
Noises from street level impacted on comfort levels.
it was really noisy- however, not surprising since ground floor flat and the house in on a corner.
...I originally wanted to book the normal apartment but as it was sold
out I booked the superior and thank god for that...the superior was
already rather small I can only imagine the size of the normal one.
Superior ? what a joke ! if staying for longer than a day or two book
the bigger one. Internet pretty slow.
Noise from neibouring building and below street level.
No washing machine.
Sofa bed not that comfy. We'd get a one bedroomnext time.
Booking 1st time was far too complicated - needs ID, plus utility bill. None of my door codes worked which irritated me as I then had to call the help desk (24x7 and very helpful btw, but I shouldn't have needed them!). No microwave which seemed odd to me as every other flat I've rented has had one. I didn't like the pull-down bed, but understand that it was necessary in such a small room.
Noisy Very hot - no air conditioning? I didn't sleep very well
because of the heat and noise. It felt like the lobby was heated in
spite of 25 degrees outside? Noise problem hard to solve but the heat
issue should definitely be attended asap. It doesn't make sense to
be too hot in a room in the uk... No sponge or brush to do dishes. No
cleaning, not even on a weekly basis.
the fridge was broken in our room, 318. I reported it but received very poor response.
We paid 1.800 € for two weeks. It was overpriced! Besides, we saw nobody. Our studio was not cleaned during the two weeks we were in, our linen was not changed... The Internet connection was poor, only one device at a time! It was in the ground floor and was really, really, really noisy all day long.
Sofa Bed not a real bed
very small
safe box didnt work
staff only oin site til 4pm but check in from 3??.
