  The apartment is an ideal base for large groups. As a family of 5 we had booked the 3 bedroomed apartment and were surprised to find one double bedded room plus 2 very large triple bedded rooms (slight dormitory feel to them!). The apartment was recently refurbished with good kitchen facilities (cooker/ microwave/ fridge/ toaster etc as well as a ... wat mensen zeggen » washing machine). It was clean and warm, and quiet most of the time. The apartment was within easy walking distance of town and a taxi cost just over - Colin made contact with me on check in day and was very helpful when I became stuck in traffic and was going to arrive late. All the apartment basics were available such as tea, coffee, salt & pepper etc. nicely decorated and good central heating which had temperature control. Quiet location and easy to find as it is signposted. I booked two apartments for the group and we were given ones that were opposite each other in the corridor.   I didn't actually stay at the hotel because I didn't check the location beforehand! My mistake but the manger John was so polite and professional about our cancelation that I would definatly make it my business to go there understanding and great staff like that are so hard to come by these days as I stay in hotels quite a lot! I can guess that th... wat mensen zeggen » is must be a great hotel as the staff are the most important part well done John can't wait to meet u in person wen I come to new Brighton I'm sure it - The Albion Guest House is absolutely lovely. It's an English-style bed and breakfast located in a totally quiet and peaceful neighborhood next to the sea. Some rooms -and ours too- have the bathroom in common, but it's so clean that I didn't mind: I felt completely at home. The owner is really kind and give us all the informations we needed. Moreover, you away from the hustle of the city, but you can reach city center by train in only 20 minutes.
