  The hotel was spotless, staff very attentive and polite. Food was also of a high standard in the blue boar restaurant. We went for my 50th birthday and they upgraded the room and also laid on complimentary fruit, chocolates and a bottle of champagne. Much appreciated and went down well. The hotel and bar were very cool and the room was excellent. We had a great evening and everything went according to plan. Thank you!

  I fail to see how anyone could fail to be impressed by these apartments. 1] location was tops.So close to the tube.Interesting locality.Plenty of good pubs and eating establishments nearby. 2] Felt very secure. 3] Apartment was modern and clean.Good bed and shower. 4]Wifi worked and was reasonable speed. 5]Very warm.The under floor heating was g... wat mensen zeggen » reat.It needed to be as we struck a cold period in London. 6]Its spacious,good sized rooms. - It was a quiet and clean apartment in a great location. It was easy to walk to almost all the tourist attractions. There were several pubs nearby that had great food. The staff were available and helpful, particularly one lady who helped us a lot when we were expecting some tickets delivered. (I wish I remembered her name) We would stay here again.

  Great location for sight-seeing, welcoming comfortable attractive Hotel, family-friendly, my 7 year old says 'it's really tidy and nice'. V good cocktail bar and restaurant at Hotel, 'Caxton Grill'. We ate there with 2 children. Accommodating, great food but expensive. Compared to other London Hotels the rooms were of a good size (for London). - ... wat mensen zeggen » The location was fantastic, bed comfy, bar area lovely decor, nice toiletries. I realised I had left a little purse with some tablets in it, whilst I was on the train. I called the hotel and housekeeping went and found it for me and today it arrived in the post! Very much appreciated, thank you!

  Excellant hotel, location and staff. We did have a problem with bed the first night (headboard dislodged) and the next day they moved us to better room and gave us a discount for that night. Staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. - Excellent location for the main tourist sites in London

  We had a lovely room overlooking Big Ben and Parliament. The view was so wonderful, the nights were spectacular watching the boats and the river lights. The weather was warm and balmy and the walks along the river embankment were spectacular. The hotel is in a perfect location, the staff superb and the service top notch. It was well maintained and very clean.The beds were wonderfully comfortable with big feather pillows.The room had plenty of plugs,fluffy white towel dressing gowns,ironing board etc. everything we needed without having to ask. The full English breakfast was big enough to share between two. A lovely place to relax in great comfort.
