  The staff were so helpful and friendly, in particular Stephaine the attention to detail was superb in every aspect of the hotel. The room, in particular the natural light, was great. the room was modern with walk in wardrobe with vanity dresser and the bed linen was so soft such a comfortable bed brillant nights sleep. From chrissie on reception to jack in the Bert's!! We had an absolutely great time, was upgraded to the Heaney suit, on our next return I will defiantly be having this room.   We were greeted by the owner right on time and shown around the apartment and given information about the area - where to get groceries, where the restaurants were and about the sights in the area. The apartment was wonderful - very clean, well equipped with everything we needed, and to top it off an amzing view of the Titanic Exhibit area. We def... wat mensen zeggen » inetly would recommend this apartment. - Fabulous apartment, great view of the harbour and titanic museum, great safe underground car park(only one car space though), surround sound in every room, really clean, really friendly staff. The staff had left tea, coffee, cooking oil so it made it much easier. We loved the apartment so much we stayed in on the Friday night of our Girly weekend just to have a few drinks and a chat.

  A warm friendly reception on our arrival (despite arriving late due to taking a city tour first). Aoife was very pleasant host and always willing to help if youy had any questions. The room was warm and comfortable with small en-suite which was ideal for my son and I. Will definitely come back here if I visit Belfast again. H - I loved the style of the place, it has character and Aoife has created a gorgeous atmosphere.
